Job Responsibilities
- Supervises the operations of the laboratory so that it runs smoothly and schedule.
- Ensures that all test procedures follow the Good Laboratory Practices guidelines.
- Responsible for the documentation and implementation of Quality control procedures.
- Ensures that all staff are aware of the laboratory test procedures and Quality Assurance is practiced in all lab divisions.
- Monitor test reports and ensures that correct test reports are produced. Authorized to sign test reports.
- Assist in facilitating all trouble shooting sessions in the lab pertaining to lab equipment, procedures and instrumentation.
- Visiting branch laboratories throughout the country to assist branch managers on all matters pertaining to their respective quality requirement on quarterly basis and when necessary.
- Upkeep lab facilities.

- To carry out sales plan and marketing strategies to increase the business volume and expand present market position.
- To assist in conducting marketing trend analysis and research, competitors’ promotions & activities and also to provide sales forecast and budget.
